GuestLOG® transfers the guest data daily to the respective cantonal database
We work with the cantons to develop interfaces to the respective databases at the forefront. This allows us to automatically transmit your guest data to the respective offices. In the management portal you have access to the transmission protocols.

With GuestLOG® your guests have access to your food & beverage menus as PDF directly after registration. You can easily manage and provide the data via the management portal.

We make it as easy as possible for the guest and define the language according to his system settings. Thereby we achieve the highest possible comfort for your guest.
Considers cantonal requirements
The GuestLOG® team checks the cantonal requirements and adapts the forms accordingly. Thus we guarantee a conformal data transfer in case of a possible data export.
Free SMS
SMS can be expensive, so we at GuestLOG® in cooperation with Swisscom offer you a free SMS service. The customer has control over his data via the link contained in the SMS and can, if desired, log out of the company (checkout).
Data security
We work with sensitive data, we are aware of that! The data is stored encrypted on a database (AWS Cloud). All data records are irrevocably deleted after 14 days (28 in Austria).
