We work with the cantons to develop interfaces to the respective databases at the forefront. This allows us to automatically transmit your guest data to the respective offices. In the management portal you have access to the transmission protocols.

Considers cantonal requirements
The GuestLOG® team checks the cantonal requirements and adapts the forms accordingly. Thus we guarantee a conformal data transfer in case of a possible data export.
SMS can be expensive, so we at GuestLOG® in cooperation with Swisscom offer you a free SMS service. The customer has control over his data via the link contained in the SMS and can, if desired, log out of the company (checkout).
We work with sensitive data, we are aware of that! The data is stored encrypted on a database (AWS Cloud). All data records are irrevocably deleted after 14 days (28 in Austria).
Every support helps
GuestLOG® is also a challenge for us. We send up to 70'000 SMS per day, manage over 3 million registrations and ensure permanent support for a smooth operation. This requires an enormous amount of human resources, so we are grateful for every donation.
